I'm Parteek, building DynoWeb solo
The inspiration was honestly frustration. I kept watching Shopify store owners stare at Google Analytics dashboards knowing something was broken but having no idea what. They'd run ads, drive traffic, watch the conversion rate stay flat, and have no tool that could actually answer why didn't they buy? The CRO consultants who could answer that cost more than many of these stores made in a quarter.
The problem I set out to solve was simple: give store owners a way to actually see what's happening on their site - clicks, rage clicks, scroll drop off, full session replays. Hotjar-style, but built for Shopify with the integration done properly.
But the more I built, the more I realized showing what's broken wasn't enough. Founders don't need more dashboards; they need to know what to fix and how to fix it. So DynoWeb kept growing. The AI suggestion layer came in, with every observation paired to a fix scored by PECTI (Proof, Ease, Cost, Time and Impact). Then apply a one click draft theme apply, so trying a fix doesn't risk your live store. Then SmartNudge, because some problems are better solved by intervening in the moment than by waiting for a redesign. Then DynoAgent is an AI assistant that can edit products, pages, content, and discounts directly, basically your ops team in a chat window.
What started as a behavior tracker became an AI growth platform. The shape kept changing because the question kept changing: from what happened? to what should I fix? to can the AI just do it for me?
