I'm super excited about this budget calculator we built specifically to make it easier for homebuyers to determine their budget in a way that makes sense to them.
After hearing many, many homebuyers complain that they bounce all around the internet to different calculators and planning tools, all with different requirements and results, we knew we could build something more helpful. Users can run scenarios based on total income, how much they want to pay per month, or based on a specific property. We show them how much they can afford and where to find nearby properties in their budget. 🏡
This tool is helpful for anyone at any phase of their home buying journey, ranging from curious to actively looking for a home. Calculator results can:
