I'm Ashu, the founder of DukaanHR.
The idea came from a simple problem — my family runs a small shop in India, and managing staff attendance and salaries was always done in a diary or WhatsApp messages. It was messy, error-prone, and time-consuming.
So I built DukaanHR — a simple app for Indian shop owners to manage staff attendance, salaries, and tasks from their phone. No Excel, no diary, no confusion.
