We built Droplr because sharing files in real life still feels harder than it should. In classrooms, meetings, or hackathons, sending files usually means links, accounts, or extra steps that slow everything down.
We wanted something simpler. Just open Droplr, enter a drop zone, and share instantly with people around you. No signup, no links, no friction.
While building, we focused a lot on speed and simplicity. The goal was to make it feel natural, like it just works when you need it. Early testing in real scenarios helped shape what it is today.
