DownMark for iOS
Turn web pages into clean Markdown on iPhone and iPad
DownMark is now available on iPhone and iPad. It turns cluttered web pages into clean Markdown, extracts the main content, downloads images, and keeps everything in a local library for preview and export. You can save pages directly from Safari or other apps through the Share Extension. No account, cloud service, or subscription is required.
Hi Product Hunt,
I originally built DownMark for macOS to make saving web content as Markdown fast and reliable. Today, I’m launching the new iPhone and iPad version.
DownMark extracts the main content from a web page, removes navigation and clutter, downloads images, and saves the result as clean Markdown. You can add pages directly from Safari or other apps through the Share Extension, then preview, organize, and export them from a local library.
The app is fully native, works without an account, and does not require a cloud service or subscription.
I’d especially like feedback on the extraction quality, Share Extension workflow, and Markdown output. Thanks for checking it out.
