Hey Product Hunt 👋
Meet Dosi: medication reminders that keep up with real life, for the whole household.
Managing one pill a day is easy. It’s everything around it that gets hard. Doses with meals, pills on weekly cycles, a parent’s meds, a pet’s tablet. Before long, you’re relying on memory more than reminders.
If you’ve ever looked at your pill organizer and thought:
“Wait, is this the one I take after dinner?”
“Did Mum already have hers this morning?”
“Has anyone given the dog his tablet yet?”
…then Dosi was made for you.
Most reminder apps treat a medication like a calendar event: same pill, same time, every day. Real routines move with your meals, change from week to week, and often belong to more than one person. I wanted an app that follows those rules for you, so you don’t have to hold them in your head.
What you can do with Dosi:
🍽️ Time doses around meals. Reminders move when your breakfast or dinner does.
🔁 Set any schedule. It handles cycles like 21 on and 7 off, doses that step up or down, and as-needed meds with a safe gap.
👨👩👧🐶 Look after everyone. Separate profiles for you, your kids, your parents and your pets.
⌚ Log from your wrist. Take, skip or snooze on your Apple Watch.
📦 Stay stocked. See how many days of supply are left, with refill and expiry alerts.
🔒 Keep it private. No account and zero data collected. It syncs through your own iCloud.
📥 Switch in seconds. Import your meds and dose history from Apple Health.
Dosi is a good fit if you:
Take several medications with different rules
Care for a parent, partner or child
Have a pet on regular meds
Would rather not hand your health data to an app
🆓 It’s free for 5 medications and 2 profiles. Dosi Pro unlocks unlimited meds, more profiles, follow-up reminders and Critical Alerts that sound even on Silent.
💬 The best way to help me today is to tell me the most complicated medication routine you’ve dealt with. I’m a solo dev, and if Dosi can’t handle it yet, it goes on the roadmap.
Thanks for checking it out, and ask me anything 🙌
