Hi people, I built Dose Days because the existing microdosing trackers were either clinical and ugly or just glorified note apps. None of them actually helped you see what was working. So it's built around two ideas. First, it understands integration days, the off-days in a protocol matter as much as dose days, so it tracks the whole rhythm, not just when you take something.
Second, it surfaces patterns over time, your doses, reflections and moods plotted together so you can actually see what's shifting. And it's fully private. Everything stays on your device, nothing leaves your phone. For something this personal, that mattered to me.
It went live a few months ago and I'd love feedback from a wider crowd. If you've ever tracked anything personal and wished the app actually told you something back, I'd love to hear what you'd want it to surface.
