It started selfishly: I wanted a bedtime book where my kid was the hero — not a generic bunny — and every "personalized book" service either drew a child who looked nothing like mine, or the character morphed into a different kid on every page. So I built the thing I couldn't buy. You upload one photo, pick an art style and a theme, and Doodara writes the story and illustrates the whole book — keeping the same character consistent across every single page. That consistency was the genuinely hard part and it's what I'm proudest of.
