Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built DodoDeck because I wanted something much simpler than another productivity system. Most task apps eventually became another thing I had to manage like projects, pages, folders, dashboards and an ever-growing list of things I hadn't done.
DodoDeck started with a different constraint: what if your desktop just gave you a small deck of cards?
The front is for what you need to do. Flip it over and the Rough Page is for everything else - thoughts, links, images, videos or whatever you don't want to lose.
Along the way I added things that felt natural on a desktop: docking the cards, a Focus Dock with a Pomodoro timer, media controls, and an archive for cards worth keeping. But I've tried hard not to turn it into a giant productivity suite.
DodoDeck is local-first and doesn't require an account. There's a 14-day full-feature trial, and if you like it, it's a one-time $5 purchase rather than a subscription.
This is the first public release, so I'd genuinely love to hear what feels useful, what feels unnecessary, and what you'd like to see next.
