I'm excited to share DocxPacer today.
The idea didn't come from a startup brainstorming session—it came from a frustrated friend.
He spent weeks writing a university report entirely by himself. When he submitted it, his professor reviewed the document using writing-process analytics and questioned whether it had been produced with an auto-typing tool.
The report itself wasn't the issue.
The typing behavior was.
Seeing that email made me realize something: as writing analytics become more common, how a document is created is starting to matter almost as much as the final content.
My friend asked me a simple question:
"Can you build something that types the way humans actually do?"
That question became DocxPacer.
Instead of producing perfectly uniform typing, DocxPacer focuses on realistic writing behavior:
Natural typing speed variations
Human-like pauses
Corrections and deletions
Editing sessions that feel authentic rather than robotic
The goal wasn't to create "faster automation." It was to make automation behave more like real human writing patterns.
This is our very first public launch, and I'd genuinely love your thoughts.
