I built this because I kept running into the same problem when I used a VPN while traveling or working out in the world, things would break. Sites like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or random logins would flag me, log me out, or throw a bunch of CAPTCHAs.
All I really wanted was for my computer to just work the same way it does when I’m at home with no weird blocks, no re-verifying everything, no fighting with Netflix to convince it I can be watching from my parents house.
This routes internet traffic through your actual home network so no company ever knows you left and I've found it super helpful. I figured I’d build it into something others could use too.
Right now, the software is built and I’ve got a hardware supplier on board, but I’ve only made and tested one prototype so far. I’m mainly trying to gauge interest through newsletter signups before doing a full launch to know how many to order in round 1. I will open source the codebase before any devices ship for audits.
