MCP-native document proofs agents can verify

Hey Product Hunt — I’m Aly, founder of DocImprint. We kept hitting the same problem: AI agents read contracts, filings, and invoices, then act — and the “audit trail” is a chat log. No way to prove which document version they saw, or that the extraction wasn’t tampered with later. DocImprint is verifiable document memory for agents. One call to extract returns a tamper-evident evidence bundle: SHA-256 manifest, Merkle citation proofs, and a signature you can verify offline — without trusting our servers. Every agent action can also bind to a signed action receipt (list/verify via REST or MCP) so you can prove what ran against which bundle. It’s MCP-native (tools like extract, check_claims, verify_bundle, verify_action_receipt) and agents can pay per call via x402 USDC on Base, or use normal API keys. What we’re not: a general web scraper. We’re the high-trust layer for documents where provenance matters. I’d love feedback from agent builders especially: • How are you handling document provenance today? • Would you wire this via MCP, REST, or both? • What’s the smallest proof you’d need to ship in production?
