DocFlow
100% private, local office tools in your web browser.
DocFlow is a frictionless suite of everyday utilities featuring a Mobile Barcode Scanner, Excel Data Cleaner, and Premium QR Builder. It runs entirely client-side in your browser memory with zero servers, no accounts, no ads, and no tracking.
Hi Product Hunt community! 👋
I designed DocFlow to solve a frustrating trend with everyday office tasks: if you want to scan a barcode, format a spreadsheet, or generate a high-res QR code, you are usually forced to download an ad-ridden mobile app or upload potentially sensitive files to external servers.
I wanted to take a completely different approach and build a zero-friction, privacy-first workspace.
The core philosophy:
🔒 100% Local: Everything runs purely in your browser memory. No data ever leaves your machine.
🚫 Frictionless: No registrations, sign-ups, or login gates.
💸 Truly Free: No hidden freemium paywalls or upgrade prompts.
🛑 Clean UI: No bloated ads, tracking cookies, or background telemetry.
I hope you find it useful for your own daily workflows. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas for new additions/utilities to build next are always welcome!

Who hunted DocFlow?
DocFlow was hunted by Edvins. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
