Hi Product Hunt. I started DobroDesk because automated replies should be a normal part of a support system. I wanted teams to answer common questions using their own project documentation, with a person taking over when the situation needs judgment.
I used Freshdesk before. It worked as a help desk, but it was expensive for smaller teams and did not include AI replies. I wanted to build a more affordable alternative with AI auto-replies included. DobroDesk is live now. We are looking for our first support teams, from startups to larger companies, to use it and share what feels unclear, slow or incomplete. Product suggestions are welcome too.
If you try it, send feedback or bug reports to [email protected]. We are preparing a bug bounty program and will share discounts for useful reports. Cloudflare's startup program gave us room to test different models and architectures and find a better balance between quality and cost.
