I built dj-fy because I got tired of the aux cord being a hostage situation at my own parties. Guests scan a QR code, type a nickname, and queue songs from their phones — no app, no account, no Spotify needed. They upvote each other's picks and the crowd favourite plays next on your own Spotify, through your own speaker. You stay in control: lock it to a playlist you trust or open all of Spotify, cap songs per guest, and turn skipping off so nobody interrupts the good part. There's also a party screen for the TV with the live queue and the join code. Free for small parties. $5 for a 5-day Party Pass (all of Spotify, unlimited queue, 300 guests). Host needs Spotify Premium; guests need nothing at all. What's the worst aux-cord crime you've witnessed? 🎧
