Turn Documents into Explainer Videos
Distilbook can create explainer videos from any document even complex research papers, technical documentation, repositories, or case studies. It generates unique visuals and animations to explain every concept, while preserving and using the images, figures, charts, and diagrams from your original document whenever relevant.
This tool started as an experiment for my laziness. I wanted to learn new things, but I didn't have time to read research papers. If somebody could explain them, I'd rather watch that.
Eventually, I built something for my own experiment, and I found the possibility of making it explain whatever the input is.
It was intended for students at first, but later users told us it was useful for a much wider range of applications. Now we have users from different teams using it for their documentation and explanation purposes.
And that made us make a pivotal decision regarding this product.
