DisputeDesk
Chargeback responses and PDFs for ecommerce
DisputeDesk helps ecommerce merchants turn angry customer emails and chargeback alerts into clean replies, organised case records, and submission-ready PDF evidence packs. Built for Shopify merchants, DTC brands, POD sellers, agencies, and ecommerce VAs. No direct Shopify integration yet: enter order details, review the output, export PDF, and submit yourself.
Hey Product Hunt,
I built DisputeDesk after seeing how painful ecommerce disputes can become when a chargeback lands and the evidence is scattered across order records, tracking pages, customer emails, and support notes.
The first version started as a customer complaint reply tool. During testing, the stronger pain became obvious: merchants do not just need a reply, they need a structured response and a clean PDF evidence pack they can review and upload through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or their payment processor.
So DisputeDesk now has two workflows:
1. Customer complaint replies for angry emails, missing parcels, refund demands, damaged items, and chargeback threats.
2. Chargeback response preparation with delivery-status-aware language, evidence checklists, saved cases, and PDF exports.
The PDF split was a big lesson. Merchants need an outward-facing Submission PDF for the processor, and a separate Internal Notes PDF for their own records. Those should never be mixed.
A few things I would genuinely love feedback on:
1. Does the chargeback response workflow cover what your payment processor usually asks for?
2. Are we missing any common evidence types?
3. Would this be useful for Shopify merchants, ecommerce VAs, or small support teams?
Free to try. No account required for the first case.
Thanks for taking a look.
