Dispatch Node
Your AI employee answers every call.
The modern operating system for field service automation. One intelligent backend powering specialized vertical SaaS.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built DispatchNode because I watched field service businesses — plumbers, HVAC techs, pool cleaners — lose $800+ emergency jobs to voicemail every single night. These are skilled tradespeople, not call center operators. They shouldn't have to choose between answering the phone and doing the work.
The existing solutions (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro) are bloated CRMs that still require a human to pick up the phone. Answering services are expensive and can't book jobs or collect deposits. The gap was obvious: nobody had built an AI that could actually replace the dispatcher — answer the call, understand the industry, quote the price, book the job, collect the deposit, and dispatch the crew. All on the same call.
So that's what we built. DispatchNode's AI voice receptionist answers every call in under 3 seconds, speaks 29+ languages natively, and handles everything from job booking to Stripe deposit collection via SMS — 24/7. We went deep on vertical specialization: our AI knows trap sizes for grease trap companies, OSHA unit ratios for portable sanitation, and grief-trained language for pet aftercare services.
The approach evolved significantly. We started as a scheduling tool, but quickly realized scheduling without call capture is solving the wrong problem. The real revenue leak happens when the phone rings and nobody answers. So we rebuilt everything around the AI voice agent as the core — scheduling, payments, dispatching, and upselling all flow from that first answered call.
We also built an open MCP server (RFC 9727) so other AI agents can discover and interact with DispatchNode programmatically. We think agent-to-agent interoperability is the future of field service.
Would love your feedback. Happy to answer any questions!
