DiskPrism was hunted by xiaozhan liang. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hi Product Hunt! I built DiskPrism after repeatedly struggling to understand what was actually consuming space on my Mac. Finder is great for navigation, but deep large files and folders inflated by thousands of small items are easy to miss.
DiskPrism combines an interactive Treemap with linked Columns and Inspector views, so you can move from a visual overview to the exact files behind it. Scanning stays local, and cleanup remains a deliberate choice.
I’d love your feedback on the investigation workflow: does the Treemap help you find the right place to start, and do the linked views make the next step clear?
