DictaSurg

Dictate the procedure. Get a coded op report in minutes.

DictaSurg turns a surgeon's voice into a complete, structured operative report, with suggested ICD-10 / OPS / DBC codes, in minutes instead of hours. Dictate after the case (or upload a recording). DictaSurg transcribes in EN/DE/NL/ES, drafts the report against your template, suggests EU medical codes for clinician review, and hands you an editable, exportable document. Built solo-admin-friendly for ASCs and surgical practices. HIPAA-aligned, GDPR-ready. No EHR rip-and-replace.

Hey 👋 — I'm Eugene, founder of DictaSurg. Some surgeons approached me and then this started with a simple observation: surgeons routinely lose 1–2 hours a day to operative-report admin. They finish a case, scrub out, and then face a blank template, often hours later, with details fading. The result is rushed reports, missed codes, and burnout that no one talks about. We built DictaSurg as the tool I wished existed for the surgeons in my network: speak the case the way you'd describe it to a colleague, and get back a structured, template-matched op report with suggested EU codes (ICD-10, OPS, DBC) ready for clinician review. Multilingual (EN/DE/NL/ES), HIPAA-aligned, GDPR-ready, PHI scrubbed on archive. What we deliberately didn't build: a giant EHR replacement, a "magic" auto-signer, or anything that pretends to remove the clinician from the loop. Every code is a suggestion. Every report is editable. The surgeon stays in charge. What I'd love feedback on: Where in your workflow does report admin hurt the most? For EU clinicians, how are you handling OPS/DBC suggestions today? What would make you trust an AI draft enough to start from it instead of a blank page? I'll be here all day. Roast it, question it, ask for a demo, all welcome. 🙏
