Diamond Finder
Pokémon & LEGO deal research, built for collectors
Diamond Finder is a collector research tool for Pokémon cards and LEGO sets. Search live eBay listings, narrow results to exact cards or sets, separate auctions from Buy It Now, and research Pokémon cards in Collector Lab. It’s still being actively built, and I’m launching it here mainly to get honest feedback from collectors about what works, what doesn’t, and what would make the tool more useful
I started building Diamond Finder because I was getting deeper into Pokémon collecting and kept running into the same problem: researching a card and then figuring out whether a live listing was actually interesting meant bouncing between different sites, searches, and tabs.
I wanted one place where I could research the exact card, search live listings, separate auctions from fixed-price listings, and understand why a result might be worth looking at.
The project is still very much in development. I already have a long list of improvements I want to make, and I’m not expecting everything to be perfect at launch.
What I’d really value from Product Hunt is honest feedback.
If you try it, I’d especially like to know:
- Did the search return what you expected?
- Was anything confusing?
- Is Collector Lab useful?
- What information would you want before deciding whether a listing is worth investigating?
- What feature would actually make you come back?
If something breaks or gives you a bad result, please tell me. That’s more useful to me right now than a compliment.
Thanks for taking a look.
