Hi Product Hunt, I’m Brian, the founder of DiagramTheGame.
I originally built this for lacrosse coaches who were trying to explain movement using static drawings, generic whiteboards, and documents scattered across different tools.
The biggest lesson was that drawing a play is only one part of the job. Coaches also need to organize drills, prepare playbooks, plan practices, build scouting reports, and get that information in front of their staff and players.
DiagramTheGame connects that workflow. Coaches can create frame-by-frame animated plays and drills using sport-specific surfaces and objects, organize them into playbooks, build timed practice plans and scouting reports, export polished PDFs, and share material with their team.
The platform now supports lacrosse, basketball, hockey, field hockey, ultimate, volleyball, and handball, including multiple field, court, rink, and roster configurations.
There’s a free plan available, and I’d especially value candid feedback from coaches and people involved in team sports:
