I'm Srikanth, founder of DFWITJobs — and I built this because I was frustrated watching great IT talent in Dallas-Fort Worth struggle to find local jobs buried in generic job boards.
DFW has one of the fastest-growing tech scenes in the US, but there was no dedicated platform for it. So I built one — free to search, free to apply, no account needed.
What started as a simple job board has grown into a full platform: real-time job alerts, employer tiers (Free → $49/mo), Google Jobs indexing, LinkedIn auto-posting for Featured jobs, and now we've expanded to India too.
