DevConnect
Where shipping with AI isn't something to defend
A free community for people who build real products with AI. Post what you shipped with Cursor, Claude or Lovable without the eye-rolling. Here that's just how people build. What stands out: • No ads, no paywall, no premium tier. Nothing is gated. • Find collaborators and mentors by what they build, not by follower count. • Jobs where the salary range and stack are required, not optional. • Free tools, no signup wall including a closed-testing tracker. Early and small on purpose.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I build with AI every day, and the thing that pushed me to make this wasn't a
missing feature. It was the tone.
Post something you shipped with Cursor or Claude in most dev communities and the
thread stops being about what you made. It becomes about how you made it
whether it counts, whether you're a real developer, whether you understand your
own code. I got tired of defending the tools instead of talking about the work.
So DevConnect starts from the opposite assumption: building with AI is just how
people build here. Nobody has to justify it. What's left is the useful part
show what you're working on, find someone to build it with, find someone who's
two steps ahead of you, and see jobs that have to show the salary range before
you apply.
I'm keeping a few rules on myself, because they're the reason I wanted this:
nothing gated behind a premium tier, no ads, and no engagement bait.
The free tools work without an account.
It's early and it's small. I'd rather say that plainly than fake a crowd if
you join now you're genuinely shaping what this becomes, and the feature list is
still short enough that your opinion moves it.
I'm the only one building this
and I read everything, so tell me what's missing.

Who hunted DevConnect?
DevConnect was hunted by Benjamin Mirwaldt. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
