dev101.io
One box for every dev utility — runs in your browser
Privacy-first, keyboard-driven hub for 50+ dev tools: format, encode, hash, diff, convert, generate, inspect — all in one place, 100% client-side. Format JSON, decode JWTs, hash strings, convert timezones, build regex — 62 tools in one box. Transforms run in your browser, so your data never leaves the tab. No ads, no signup, no uploads. ⌘K to jump to any tool. Installable, works offline. Free.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
Every developer has the same ritual: google "json formatter", land on a site buried in ads, paste your payload into a box, and quietly hope it isn't being logged somewhere. Then repeat for base64, JWT, timezones, regex, hashes.
I got tired of it and built the box I wanted.
dev101.io is 62 tools across 13 categories — JSON, encoding, crypto, regex, time, network, AI, media — in one keyboard-driven place.
What makes it different:
• Your data stays put. Formatting, hashing, encoding, diffing — all of it runs client-side. Nothing is uploaded. (The network tools — DNS lookup, uptime check, my-IP — obviously make requests. That's their whole job.)
• No ads, no signup, no cookie wall. Analytics is cookieless page-counts only.
• ⌘K from anywhere jumps to any tool in two keystrokes.
• Installable PWA — works offline once loaded.
• Shareable state — inputs live in the URL hash, so you can send a colleague a link without the data hitting a server.
• Every transform is hand-written rather than pulled from a random package — 2,295 tests covering the lot.
It's free and there's no upsell. I'm not building a funnel; I built a utility box and I use it daily.
Would genuinely love to know: which tool is missing? That's how the last dozen got added.
