H, i'm Anton. deskthaw is a mac menu bar app: every 30 min at the desk (you can change it), it shows one short move you do sitting down. It waits while your camera or mic is on, a meeting app is in front or something is fullscreen It calls count as desk time, so when you hang up a move shows up about 30 sec later Rn released - 6 moves, from NHS and Mayo Clinic pages. no camera, mic, screen or accessibility permissions. it's just the menu bar icon, a menu, a small panel when a move is due and a settings. The limits: tested on macos 26 on apple silicon so far. a call in a browser tab with mic muted and camera off gives it no signal, so a move can show up then, one click skips it What would make you turn it off?
