design-storyboard
Your app deserves a design folder
An agent skill that interviews you about your app, then generates the full design folder: storyboard, hi-fi mockups, landing page, logo, launcher icons, illustrations, content packs and store assets from one tokens file.
Every app I ship rots in the same place, and it is never the code. It is the design folder. The icons are three palettes old. The screenshots are from a build before the rename. The landing page got drawn once, in a hurry, and never touched again.
design-storyboard is the fix I wanted for that.
You install it into your coding agent. It interviews you about the app (who it is for, what the one screen is, what the brand should feel like), and then it generates the entire design/ directory in a single pass:
- a design storyboard: every screen, and why it exists
- hi-fi HTML mockups with real type and real spacing
- a launch landing page, plus its OG card
- logo concepts, a wordmark, launcher icons for iOS and Android
- illustrations as SVG and as Android VectorDrawable, from one canvas
- store kits at every size App Store and Play actually ask for
The rule the whole thing is built on: nothing is hand drawn. Every file is the output of a small, re-runnable script, and they all read one tokens.json. Change the rose once and the icons, the mockups, the store PNGs and the landing page move together. There is a contrast gate too, and it fails rather than having an opinion.
It stops twice, on purpose, to make you choose. The parts that matter are taste decisions.
A detail I am quietly proud of: the logo is generated as well. The mark came out of three rounds of generated options, and scripts/brand.mjs still owns it, so the website and the App Store icon cannot disagree about what the brand is.
Two honest limits. It is opinionated, and it will ask you questions before it draws anything. And it is not Figma. If you love Figma, keep Figma. This is for the people who were never going to open it.

Hey @all ,
Every app I ship rots in the same place, and it is never the code. It is the design folder. The icons are three palettes old. The screenshots are from a build before the rename. The landing page got drawn once, in a hurry, and never touched again.
