Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built PDFVault because subscription-based scanner apps quietly upload your most sensitive documents — tax forms, medical records, IDs — to clouds you'll never audit.
So I built the opposite. Everything runs on-device: OCR, redaction, summaries, file conversion, document signing, compression, metadata removal — and no subscriptions. Redaction uses fast pattern matching for the predictable stuff (SSNs, account numbers, emails), and you can optionally layer on a small local AI model for context-specific data — but even that never leaves your phone.
No account, no servers. It's on iOS and Android today. Would love feedback — especially on where the pattern-based redaction should be smarter. Happy to go into how the offline pipeline works!
