DeptOps
One place to manage responsibilities and recurring work
DeptOps helps department managers run day-to-day operations with clear ownership, recurring work, approvals, reporting, and visibility. Unlike project management tools, it focuses on who owns what, what needs attention, and where coverage gaps exist. Operations Map, resilience mapping, and compliance evidence reports make department operations easier to understand.
I built DeptOps around a problem I kept seeing: department managers are responsible for a lot of ongoing operational work, but the tools they have are usually built for projects, tickets, or HR.
DeptOps is my attempt to give managers a clearer picture of who owns what, what needs attention, and where coverage gaps exist.
