Delightful Cells
Run AI on thousands of spreadsheet rows, reliably
Your colleague sends you a messy spreadsheet. Tidying it up means reading each row and making a judgment. Delightful Cells applies LLM reasoning to every row from a plain-language instruction, with automatic retries and saved progress when things go wrong. Lightweight, easy to use, and built to make spreadsheet work a little more delightful. Upload Excel or CSV, say what you need, and download the result.
Your colleague sends you a spreadsheet. The addresses are all written differently, product names are inconsistent, and there’s a column of notes you have to read one by one to figure out what they mean.
You know how to tidy up one row. You just don’t want to spend your afternoon doing the same thing a thousand times.
I built Delightful Cells for this kind of work. Tell it what you need in plain language, and it applies LLM reasoning to each row—whether that’s making sense of messy text, deciding which category something belongs in, or extracting information into a new column.
I built it to handle the things that can go wrong when running AI across a large file: failed batches, incomplete responses, and interrupted runs. It retries failures, preserves completed results, and lets you rerun only the rows that still need work.
I also wanted it to feel lightweight and easy to use. Open it in your browser, drop in a spreadsheet, and say what you need. You can ask for simpler edits too, like finding duplicates or changing numbers; those operations run locally in your browser.
My hope is to make working with a messy spreadsheet a little more delightful. That’s where the name comes from.
There’s sample data on the site to try. What’s the messiest spreadsheet someone has handed you?
