Preserve the content, not just the link.
I built DefyRot around a simple frustration: you save a webpage because it's useful, then return to it weeks or months later and discover that the link is dead, the article has changed, or the content is gone.
A bookmark saves an address, but it doesn't preserve the information you wanted to keep.
DefyRot solves this by saving readable snapshots locally, so you can revisit the content even when the original page is no longer available. You can also read your saved snapshots offline.
The goal is simple: your knowledge shouldn't disappear just because a website changes.
