I built DeclutterMyMail because every inbox cleaner I tried wanted a monthly subscription and ongoing access to my mailbox — for a problem I just wanted to fix once.
So this is the opposite: a one-time cleanup. You connect any IMAP mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, GMX, Web.de, iCloud, Yahoo…), get a free scan that groups newsletters, promotions and big attachments, then unsubscribe and bulk-delete in a single pass. You pay what you want at the end — no account, no recurring access.
Privacy was the whole point: email bodies are never stored, credentials are encrypted and deleted after the cleanup runs, and everything is hosted in the EU (GDPR).
