I built DecisionDecode for the decisions where both options are good and you keep flip-flopping. Asking five friends usually gets you five different answers.
The method is old. A weighted decision matrix is what engineers and procurement teams have used for decades to pick suppliers and hires. Nobody builds one in a spreadsheet for a job offer or a flat, so I made it take about 5 minutes.
Two choices shaped it:
