DebriefCore
Capture expert lessons before they disappear
DebriefCore helps skilled teams capture lessons from real work and turn them into reviewed SOPs, training guides, handoffs, reports, and searchable organization knowledge — with AI drafts that stay human-approved.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built DebriefCore because too much expert knowledge disappears after the job, shift, lesson, inspection, or handoff.
In skilled teams, the most valuable lessons often live in someone’s head, a quick conversation, a text message, or a note that never becomes reusable knowledge. DebriefCore is designed to capture those lessons and turn them into structured drafts like SOPs, training guides, handoffs, reports, and searchable knowledge records.
The important part: AI does not get the final word. DebriefCore keeps AI-generated output in draft form until a qualified human reviews and approves it.
I’m especially interested in feedback from people in field operations, aviation, maintenance, training, safety, skilled trades, and technical teams.
Would love to hear:
What kind of knowledge does your team keep losing after the work is done?
