Thay vì bắt người dùng tải thêm app, DealBack hoạt động trực tiếp qua **Zalo**: gửi link Shopee hoặc TikTok Shop vào DealBack, nhận lại link mua hàng có hoàn tiền, mua như bình thường và theo dõi tiền hoàn trong dashboard.
Sản phẩm vẫn đang ở giai đoạn đầu, nên mình rất mong nhận được góp ý từ mọi người về luồng sử dụng, onboarding và những điểm có thể giúp DealBack tạo cảm giác tin tưởng hơn.
