DC Procure
Get There Before the Bid. Before the Competition.
DC Procure helps suppliers, contractors, and infrastructure teams find U.S. data center opportunities before the RFP. Track projects by developer, MW, stage, source-backed activity, organizations, decision-makers, and site context to see what’s actually progressing — and where there’s still time to influence the opportunity.

I started building DC Procure after noticing the same problem come up again and again in conversations with contractors, suppliers, and data-center infrastructure teams. By the time a project reaches formal procurement, a lot of the commercial positioning has already happened. The developer is known. The site is moving. Power conversations are underway. Design decisions are taking shape. Relationships are being built. And often, the companies that eventually win the work have already been around the opportunity for months. The problem was that most teams were still working from fragmented information - project announcements, spreadsheets, public filings, LinkedIn, news, utility updates, and personal networks, and trying to piece together which projects were actually worth pursuing. So the original question behind DC Procure became: How do we help a supplier or contractor know which data-center projects are genuinely progressing, who is behind them, and whether there is still time to influence the opportunity? The product evolved from there. At first, it was mainly about organizing projects and contacts. But the more we spoke with people across power, cooling, construction, low voltage, commissioning, roofing, and other specialties, the clearer it became that a project list alone was not enough. A 500 MW announcement can be highly relevant for one company and already too late for another. So we started building around the full commercial path: Project → Stage → Evidence → Organizations → Decision-makers → Timing → Opportunity That meant adding source-backed development activity, project-stage context, stakeholder intelligence, site context, alerts, filtering, contact data, and tools to help commercial teams move from “this project exists” to “this is something we should pursue now.” One principle became especially important along the way: A project announcement is not an opportunity yet. What matters is whether the project is actually progressing — and whether your company is early enough to do something about it. That is the problem we’re still focused on solving with DC Procure. If you work in data-center construction, power, cooling, electrical, low voltage, equipment, or infrastructure, I’d genuinely love your feedback on what makes a project actionable for your team.
