Day One
Founder-level customer care for growing online businesses
Day One provides founder-level customer care for growing online businesses. We learn your product, your customers and how you work, then take the inbox off your plate with thoughtful, technically capable human support.
People talk a lot about boring businesses. Landscaping, cleaning, dog walking. Well, customer care is the boring business of the internet, and at Day One, we’re taking it on.
The idea is simple: provide founder-level customer care for growing online businesses. Get founders out of the inbox and back to growing their business.
I started thinking, can I take my technical skills as a software engineer, and my ability to quickly wrap my head around how a business works, and use that to deliver a genuinely great customer care experience for their customers?
The service is human first. No automated replies. No AI slop. Just thoughtful, grounded support.
We’ll absolutely use technology behind the scenes to make support faster and better and to keep founders informed, but the customer experience will always be human.
At Day One, we want to sell a solution, not a tool.
