Hey Product Hunt 👋 We made DataTabs. A simple, easy to use data interface to store, share, read and update small data values via API, AI or just the UI with predefined, reusable layouts. The challenge: Storing small data sets, usually just key-value pairs that can be accessed and written by a human as well as external tools (API or AI) that follow a similar vibe of an ERP/CRM tool. It should be simple to setup without the need to setup a sql database and building a frontend app. It should be mobile friendly for non technical users, consultants, prototyping, home automation, small business data or just triggering an api endpoint in an external system based on a user interaction. Our approach: Define a simple list of data tabs. Each has its own id. As simple as excel, but mobile friendly, interactive and reactive. Add an action URL to trigger a webhook on a button click or value change to integrate workflow builders or sync data with external tools. Add status indicators, simple dropdown menus, numbers with units or just text. A simple API integrated in a minute. So next time a business consultant approaches an idea, you can just set up the data structures without tampering the large ERP system. Want to make automation tools and workflows accessible to users? Just give them a button to click. Need to scan a QR code to access a few data for the product/machine/workstation with the option to trigger an action for that specific object? Just pack your DataTabs document url in a QR code. Want your AI agents, workflows, workers or servers to report a status, feedback or information? It's just a single, simple API call away. So you open your DataTabs document and get all the information at a glance. Try it for free. No credit card required. Suggestions? Ideas? Love to hear them! Thanks 😊
