DataChat
Ask your data English questions and get analysis and charts
Ask your CSV data questions in plain English and get an answer plus a chart. No pivot tables, no remembering which formula does what. Load a CSV and type things like: "What's driving the drop in March?" "Chart financial transactions by region" "Monthly revenue by category" "Share of revenue by channel as pie chart" It works with Claude (Anthropic API) for natural-language understanding, and it also ships with a built-in offline engine and demo data so you can try it without an API key.
My frustration with working with report generating tools in spreadsheet applications and having to remember complex formulas and generate pivot tables is what inspired me to build this tool. Now, with DataChat, one can generate complex reports with an analysis and charts of your data from a plain English question. The time saving this tool has brought me has greatly reduced my workload at work.
