Data Rights OS | Privacy Management

Four compliance widgets replaced by one, with receipts.

Most sites run four compliance widgets: cookies, accessibility, AI disclosure, privacy rights. DataRightsOS replaces them with one, plus a dashboard that verifies each request, runs the 45-day clock, and timestamps every step. We'll never say this makes you "compliant." No software can. You own compliance; we hand you the receipts. 7-day trial, no card. From $99/mo.

I run a small marketing and software shop in Jacksonville. Most of our clients are law firms and associations, and for the last couple of years every one of them has asked us some version of the same question: "Do we need one of those cookie things?" So we'd install one. Then an accessibility widget from someone else. Then a privacy policy page. Then, this year, an AI disclosure, because California started requiring it and everyone was pasting one in. Four vendors, four scripts, four bills. Fine, annoying, whatever. What actually bothered me came later. A client forwarded me an email from a customer asking them to delete their data, and asked, "What do I do with this?" They had four compliance widgets on their site and not one of them had anything to do with answering that email. The widget collects the request. Nobody built the part that handles it. That's the whole reason this exists. The widget is the front door. The product is what happens behind it: verify the person actually owns that email address, start the legal response clock, walk through each system where their data lives, and timestamp every step, so if anyone ever asks how a request was handled, there's a record instead of a memory. The thing I'll probably get argued with about: we refuse to tell customers this makes them "compliant," and we deliberately removed the accessibility overlay toggle that competing tools lead with. Overlays don't work, and a vendor that promised they did ended up settling with the FTC, with their customers holding the risk. It cost us a demo-friendly feature and probably some signups. I'd genuinely like to know if that was the right call. Does the honest version sell, or do buyers need to see something flashy before they'll trust the boring thing underneath it? The widget in the corner of our homepage is the real product, not a demo, click it and you're using exactly what your visitors would use.
