Darce
The AI coding agent you can undo
Darce is the coding agent you can undo. It works in your terminal with 250+ models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Qwen, DeepSeek, Kimi), and every change it makes, even what its shell commands did, rolls back with /undo. Anything risky asks first. /swarm splits a task across parallel agents in separate git worktrees. /derby races 3 models on the same task so you keep the best diff. MIT open source. Try it free: 10 requests, no account.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Amer, and I build Darce on my own.
I use coding agents every day. Most can undo their own file edits, but not what their shell commands did. One bad rm -rf and you're digging through git to get your work back.
So Darce checkpoints everything, including every file a command created, changed or deleted. /undo steps back one change, /rewind scrubs through the whole session. Anything risky (rm -rf, force-push, installs) asks you first and tells you why.
Once undo was solid, I could let it go further:
• /swarm splits a task across parallel agents, each in its own git worktree, then merges
• /derby races 3 models on the same task so you keep the best diff
• 250+ models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Qwen, DeepSeek, Kimi…), switch mid-task
It's MIT open source. npm i -g darce-cli then darce: 10 free requests, no account needed.
I'd love to know: what's the worst thing an AI agent has done to your codebase? And what would make you switch from the agent you use now?
