Daily Systems
A quieter operating system for solo businesses.
Most business tools feel bloated, distracting and built for teams. Daily Systems is a quieter workspace for freelancers and solo businesses — bringing clients, projects, proposals, invoices and payments into one place. It’s designed to help independent professionals stay organized, keep track of their work and run their business with more clarity and less chaos.
I built The Solopreneur Hub because I was tired of how overwhelming most business software feels, especially for people running a business alone.
A lot of tools are packed with features, dashboards and constant notifications, but somehow still make everyday work feel more chaotic. I wanted something calmer — a workspace where clients, projects, proposals, invoices and payments all live together in a way that feels clear and easy to manage.
While building it, I realized the goal wasn’t adding more features. It was removing friction and making the whole experience feel quieter and more focused.
Would genuinely love to hear what you think — especially from other freelancers, solo founders and small studios.

Who hunted Daily Systems?
Daily Systems was hunted by Bojana. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
