Cyton

Bring your notes to life

A bio-inspired knowledge graph that learns from how you think. Connect Obsidian, Claude, and your own notes into one living neural network.

Top comment

After I set up my own Obsidian vault to work with Claude Code and after reading a few articles that were about how biology principles are relevant to computer technology and how their implementation can be useful, especially in the sector of knowledge management, I was inspired to build a tool that uses Obsidian as a base framework and that uses brain like categorization to build a knowledge graph that is alive. The app includes multiple features that give each note and piece of data in the graph a unique magnitude and direction of meaningfulness that can be used by Claude Code to provide more intuitive responses from Claude Code itself.
