CycleWire
Load JavaScript when your HTML needs it
Add on-demand interactivity to existing HTML. CycleWire connects elements to JavaScript actions, with intent-based preloading and no runtime dependencies in its core. MIT-licensed. Try the interactive website—it’s built entirely with CycleWire.
Hi everyone, I’m Fatih, the creator of CycleWire.
CycleWire is for developers who want to keep their existing HTML and load the JavaScript behind individual features when those features become relevant.
You add an action attribute to an element, connect it to a JavaScript module, and choose when that code should load. Preloading can start on hover, focus, or touch; other features can activate when visible or during idle time.
It works with HTML from Laravel, Rails, Django, plain PHP, and other stacks. There are also examples involving React, Vue, Svelte, and third-party UI libraries.
The website you’re visiting is itself built entirely with CycleWire. You can explore the interactive landing page before installing anything.

Who hunted CycleWire?
CycleWire was hunted by Fatih Mert Doğancan. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
