cvwizard offers a PDF CV export with watermark for free. But there's also a paid version without watermark if you'd like to support the project.

Note: cvwizard works best with one-page CVs. If your CV is 2-3 pages long, please add at least 5-6 line breaks between pages to avoid bugs in the final PDF. Happy to give you a refund or send you a fixed CV if you're not happy with the result.
