I built CVFast to scratch my own itch. In our agency work, we regularly needed to send candidate profiles to clients in a consistent format. We initially tried using Google Docs templates, but people still made formatting mistakes, missed sections, changed the layout unintentionally, and had to manually upload and crop profile pictures for every candidate.
We wanted a simpler process: upload a candidate resume and get back a professional, client-ready PDF.
So I built CVFast. It automatically transforms it into a clean, consistent profile. It can extract and place profile photos automatically, polish the content with AI, anonymize details, apply branding, and export a professional PDF ready to send to clients.
