Customers Today
Turn noisy contact forms into customers ready to buy
Contact forms are full of spam, sales pitches and automated noise, so real customers get missed. Customers Today uses AI to find genuine buying enquiries and turn each one into a clear title and short summary. Connect popular WordPress forms directly, or forward any form notification to your private Customers Today address. New customers appear in one simple list, with mobile notifications and direct replies from anywhere. No complicated CRM, inbox cleanup or new workflow.
Can my mechanic use AI with his greasy hands?
Last week, I sent two messages to a mechanic through his website. He never answered.
When I visited him, he told me:
“I paid a lot for that website, but I don’t check those emails. It is all spam.”
That stayed with me.
He did not need a complicated CRM to manage leads. He simply needed to see the real customers who had contacted him today.
So I built Customers Today to solve this problem.
It uses AI to find real customer enquiries hidden between spam, marketing messages, automated emails, and different contact-form tools.
Setting it up can be as simple as pointing your contact form to your private Customers Today email address.
For every real enquiry, the AI turns the full message into a clear title and a short description. The business can immediately understand what the customer needs, who is waiting for an answer, and what may require attention first.
When a new customer arrives, the business receives a notification on their phone. They can read the simple summary and respond from anywhere, without opening their website or searching through an overflowing inbox.
AI should not belong only to high-tech companies, polished offices, or people with complicated systems.
The local mechanic with greasy hands should benefit from it too.
Not by learning another piece of software, but by simply seeing the real customer waiting for an answer.
That is the kind of AI I want to build.

Who hunted Customers Today?
Customers Today was hunted by Mo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
