My cofounder and I built this because we kept hearing the same frustration from small business owners. They'd spend money driving traffic to their websites, but most visitors would browse around and leave without ever reaching out. Meanwhile, these owners were stretched thin, couldn't afford to hire sales reps, and definitely didn't want another expensive monthly subscription tool.
The problem we wanted to solve was simple: how do you capture and understand your
website visitors without being glued to your computer 24/7, and without paying hundreds
of dollars a month for tools that charge you whether they work or not?
Our approach started with building an AI chatbot that could actually learn a business's
voice and answer visitor questions in real time. But as we built it, we realized the bigger
opportunity wasn't just an engaging chatbot. It was also about giving owners real intelligence about who was visiting, what they cared about, and which conversations were worth following up on. So we added intent scoring, journey tracking, and a live inbox where owners could see
every conversation and jump in whenever they wanted.
The biggest evolution in our process was around pricing. We didn't want to build another
SaaS subscription that charges whether you get value or not. So we made the core
platform completely free and only charge when an owner decides a lead is promising
enough to enrich with contact details.
You pay per lead, only when the data is successfully revealed, and only when you choose to. That felt more honest and aligned with how small businesses actually want to spend money.
