Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Omar, one of three co-founders behind Customer Profit Engine — here's why we built it.
My partner Josh spent 15 years running corporate CX teams, including 10 years at L'Oréal, where he grew a division from $3M to $7M in revenue with zero new sales — just by training account managers to run what he now calls his 5 Profit Playbooks. He later spent 5 years as COO of a 97-person marketing agency using the same playbooks to cut churn from 7.5% to 1.8%.
His whole approach comes down to spotting "hidden signals" — things customers do that quietly point to churn risk, an upsell opportunity, or a client about to walk, long before anyone notices.
The problem: that only scales as far as one very well-trained person can pay attention. So over the past 6 months, I took Josh's playbooks and built an AI system on top of them — a multi-agent pipeline that runs nightly across a company's CRM, calls, Slack, tickets, and email, and surfaces those same signals automatically. Our third partner, Brett, a fractional COO who's spent years scaling agency operations, has been making sure it actually works inside a real agency and not just in a demo.
