Cursa — Run tracking and training app
Your running plan, built around the race you signed up for
Most running apps hand you a generic plan and a black box. Cursa builds your training around the actual race you want to run, and shows you why every workout exists — when it changes a session, you see what moved and the reasoning, and you can disagree. It imports your full history from Apple Health, so years of runs come with you instead of being left behind. On-device Apple Intelligence does the coaching; your training data never goes to a public model. Free to start, iPhone+ Apple Watch only.
I've tried many running apps over the years. Each one frustrated me for different reasons. Every time I picked up a new app it felt like starting again from a clean slate. Training plans that were static and repetitive, or apps with a high monthly cost to even go out and run.
None of the apps I tried made any attempt to pull official race times, or keep that history for you. I wanted to try and solve these problems and build a running app that did things differently. It starts by importing your history from Apple Health, and helps you build training plans based on the runner you already are.
Please give it a try, I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
